The North Louisiana Chapter of the American Guild of Organists
sponsors and hosts many events in North Louisiana and the surrounding area. In August, world renowned organist Diane Bish visited Shreveport for a concert and organ dedication at Trinity Heights Baptist Church. Photos from her visit may be viewed here. In February, Church and Theater Organist Robert McDonald brought the crowd to their feet at Shreveport's Broadmoor Methodist Church with a fun program that included organ accompaniment of three Laurel & Hardy silent films dating to the 1920s.
